2. FORMATION OF CONTRACT

Your order is an offer. Our contract forms when we send order confirmation. We may decline any order.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout. A tax invoice is issued with your order confirmation.

4. SUPPLY OF SERVICES

We supply drafted documentation. Turnaround times run from receipt of complete intake information, not from the date of order. Where intake information is incomplete or unclear we will contact you, and the turnaround clock pauses until we have what we need.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You must provide accurate, complete and current information. You must complete, verify and approve every document before relying on it, as set out in the Scope of Service and Limitations page, which forms part of these terms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Governed by the Licence and Terms of Use page, which forms part of these terms.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Governed by the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from these terms is limited to the resupply of the services or the cost of resupply. Nothing excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. GOVERNING LAW

The laws of Queensland, Australia.

10. CHANGES

We may amend these terms. The terms applying to your order are those published at the time you placed it.
