One page toolbox talks written for a five to ten minute delivery at pre-start.

Each toolbox talk sets out the key discussion points, the failures that commonly occur, and questions to prompt worker input, with an attendance and sign-on register on the reverse. Delivery and record keeping evidence discharge of the consultation duty under sections 47 to 49 of the model Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act.
