TEMPLATES WRITTEN BY A CONSULTANT, NOT SCRAPED TOGETHER

Every template in the catalogue is written by a qualified Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) consultant. The structure, the hazard logic, the hierarchy of control and the legislative referencing are already done. What is left blank is left blank deliberately: the site-specific detail that only you can know.

THE FOUR STEPS

1. Order

Choose the template you need. Payment is taken at checkout.

2. Receive

The document arrives by email in editable Microsoft Word and locked PDF within one business day.

3. Adapt

Complete the shaded site-specific fields, verify every hazard and control against your actual workplace, and consult the workers who do the work. If you want help with this step, we run completion sessions and training.

4. Approve

Sign the document off under your own document control. It becomes version 1.00, approved under your own authority. It stands up because it reflects your workplace rather than a generic one.

WHY EVERY DOCUMENT IS ISSUED AT DRAFT STATUS

Every document we supply arrives as a draft, at version 0.01. That is deliberate and it matters.

Under the model Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act and Regulations, the duty to manage risk sits with the Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU). That duty cannot be bought, outsourced or transferred. No template and no consultant, ours included, can discharge it for you.

What a well-written template does is remove the heavy lifting: the structure, the analysis method, the control options, the legislative referencing. What remains is the part only you can do. Verifying the document against your actual plant and your actual site. Confirming which controls are genuinely in place. Consulting the workers who do the work. Approving it under your own document control.

WHAT THE BLANK FIELDS MEAN

You will notice fields left blank and shaded differently. These are not oversights. They are the site-specific matters a document written in advance cannot determine, marked so you can see at a glance what is yours to complete.

RATHER WE DID THE DRAFTING?

If you would rather send us the photographs, manuals and scope of works and have a consultant draft the document for your specific plant, activity or project, we do that too. You receive a document drafted to approximately ninety percent for your actual work, five business days from receipt of complete information. Start at documents drafted for you.

WHEN YOU WANT MORE THAN A DOCUMENT

We train crews on their documents and support safety systems as they change, and we attend sites across Queensland for building risk assessments and safety audits and inspections.
