Copyright in every document, template and supporting material supplied through this store remains with Risky Business Consulting Pty Ltd. Purchase grants a licence to use, not a transfer of ownership.

WHAT YOUR LICENCE PERMITS

Your licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual for the purpose for which the document was supplied. You may:

  • Use the document within your own business
  • Edit, complete and adapt the document for the plant, activity, workplace or project it was prepared for
  • Apply your own branding, document numbering and document control
  • Reproduce the document internally for your workers, and supply it to a principal contractor, client, regulator or insurer who requires it in connection with your work.

WHAT YOUR LICENCE DOES NOT PERMIT

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, distribute or publish the document, in original or modified form, as a product or service of your own
  • Supply the document to another business for that business to use as its own safety documentation
  • Use the document as the basis of a template library, document service or competing product
  • Remove or obscure copyright notices, document control identifiers, or the authorship attribution.

One purchase covers one business. If you operate multiple entities, each entity requires its own licence.

REFUNDS

Because every document is prepared to order from information you supply, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once drafting has commenced.

If a document has not been prepared in accordance with the information you supplied, contact us and we will correct it. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information you supply is treated as confidential and is used solely to prepare your document. We do not disclose it to third parties. We may retain anonymised, non-identifying knowledge of plant types and hazards to improve our drafting.
