Treated as confidential and used solely to prepare your document. We do not disclose it to third parties. We may retain anonymised, non-identifying knowledge of plant types and hazards to improve our drafting.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Our payment provider, our email and hosting providers, and anyone we are legally required to disclose to. We do not sell your information.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order records for seven years to meet taxation and business record obligations. Intake material for the same period so we can support any subsequent review or dispute.
